Mam I want to loss 20 kg weight. My height is 6.2 weight nearly 90 kg. I am healthy from birth. I try since 10 days through diet and exercise but I didn't loss a single kg. Please help.

hello sir weight loss is achieved by 3 dimensional approach 1.life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. do yoga and exercise, cycling, swiming, try outdoor sports etc. 2. dietary changes- take plenty of water. take fiber rich diet. avoid fatty spicy and deep fried stuff. avoid cold drink chocolates cake pastries etc. 3. medication- take some ayurvedic medicnes along with panchkarma therepies to reduce 5-7 kg in a month. for more queries pls consult.
