Hello Doctor I am upset with my anger. Mujhe bhot jaldi gussa aata h aur Mai react kar jati hun jo nhi bolna chahiye wo nikalta hai muh se anab sanab Baad me bura feel hota h ye kyun boli bhot guilt feel hota h aur mera ye problem mere relations ko affect kar rha log dur ja rhe. please help me Doctor plz.

There are anger management strategies whic h you can undergo to control your anger. For e.g.instead of not getting angry you can learn how to reduce harm or express anger within limit by setting l8mits. Also substitute with some other activity like walking out or beating on a boxing bag. Practices like yoga and meditation will also help. Bye.
