If you have the determination then only you can loose weight, diet is the first and most important thing in case of loosing weight along with exercise or walking jogging, in the early morning take honey and lemon in warm water, the take gourd, bitter gourd, carrot ,tomato and make a juice and take it, after that take green tea without sugar, in breakfast take oatmeal, boiled egg, salad and fruit of your choice, at lunch take one bowl rice, lots of veggies, chicken or fish, curd, before taking meal take one cucumber, in the evening take sprouts, or soaked chic peas and pea nuts or legim or nuts like walnuts, roasted almonds, etc,take your dinner as early as possible in dinner take salad, chicken soup, one roti or chapati, lots of veggies ,after 30-45 mins go to bed, if you can follow this along with exercise or jogging you will loose weight for sure.
