Hi. Try these following steps. Do not eat heave meals at any time. Instead have small quantity meals. Can repeat meals often but try to keep it not more than 5. Never drink water just after your meal. Keep a gap of atleast 1 hr between meals and drinking water after every meal. Do light physical exercise daily. Try these steps and see the difference. Thanks.
