I often get muscle pulls while running in spite of warming up and stretching before and after running. Could you please let me know how to cure muscle pulls through natural cure?

Hi it's good that you do warm up and cool down exercise. Just keep yourself hydrated, sip water before, during and after exercise. You can also keep check on calcium and vit. D levels.
