Sir please help me how to grain weight I am very week just 40 kgs my age 21 I eat food 5 times daily but weight not growing my hands my body very week please plz help me how to grow my body weight.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight you have to have a well balanced diet with more of proteins & regular exercise - have fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, butter milk, also have beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, pista - do regular exercise walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week to develop muscles & to keep fit - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration.
