I am 19 year old and my weight is only 50 kg and my height is 5.6ft so I want to know how to increase weight and height of my body. Please help me.

You can add high calories and protein diet in to your daily diet for healthy weight gain. Eat 2 bananas a day, add some protein diet like pulses to increase muscular mass. If you are non-vegetarian, you can take eggs daily in your breakfast.
