You can take pain killers like diclofenac 50 mg 2-3 times a day or if required increase the dose upto 200 mg per day. Gurgle with chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily. Continue with warm saline rinse. These are preventive measures. Visit a dentist and get scaling and polishing done. He may take a radiograph of your wisdom tooth (in your age of 24, impacted wisdom tooth is common) and two possibilities are there - 1) if the tooth positioning is normal and pain is because of swollen gums (pericoronitis) present over the wisdom tooth, soft tissue can be removed (operculectomy) and 2) if positioning is abnormal, the tooth has to be removed as a permanent solution since the current problem will continue to trouble you time to time (recurrent pericoronitis).
