Hello sir /madam How can I get riff of the anxiety. It happened to me from January 2017 to April 2017. Doctor prescribed me pexep tablet. I took it from February 2017 to April 2017. Then doctor stopped the medicine. I felt good till last week from April. Now again I am suffering from the same. Please suggest me permanent solution for it. So that it does happened to me again and also I want to get rid off the medicine.

Hi lybrate-user, I understand you have taken steps to overcome anxiety issues. Along with medication discuss your thoughts, triggering factors for anxiety with a counselor. He or she will help you to deal such situation and rectify some of your distorted thoughts. Relaxation exercise, breathing exercise, yoga are natural way to calm the mind and reduce anxiety.
