Hi, I have been diagnosed with polysomatization disorder. Does CBT help? If yes, how much time it takes to recover?

CBT along with medications will help. The correct term is somatisation and not polysom..... as someone has told. it will take 16 to 20 sessions for CBT to show some effect. All the best
