I am suffering from premature ejaculation .it's lifelong in me (since I start). But when I use delay spray on my penis it's normal to ejaculation (after 15-20 minutes). But when I counseling to sexologist for PREMATURE ejaculation they give me anxiety disorder medicine and erection dysfunction medicine for 3 month. But nothing will change now.

First of all, be clear about premature ejeculation. It is so called when your ejeculation occurs before 1 min. If you can perform well for one or more minutes then it is not called premature. N if you have really premature ejeculation, then there is technique called stop start technique. Use it while sex. U ll definitely get help from it.
