Hello, Thanks for the query. High urea and creatinine levels indicate that kidney function has been affected This could be because of long term uncontrolled or improperly controlled diabetes. Therefore the need is to achieve strict blood glucose control and also good BP control. Plus you will have to reduce the protein intake to 0.6 g/kg /day. Also avoid strenuous activity. Thanks.
