I am only 19 years and my beard has turned gray or golden and now gray or golden hairs have started to appear in my mustache it all happened in 8 months time my beard's growth has very slowed down please help their are gray hairs on my scalp already.

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops.
