My weight was 75, 9 months ago. After this My weight increase month after month 80 kg then 83 kg then 85 kg now my weight is 90 kg so tell me what is reason behind this or which test or procedure I should follow to reduce my weight.

It is always advisable to go for proper consultation whether its doctor or dietitian as health is most important thing in life. You can check your thyroid profile. Mean while there are few tips which may help you- Start eating small frequent meals Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 30-45 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress.
