Have regular prenatal visits take your iron ,calcium and vitamin supplements regularly take a healthy nutritious diet ,diet should be rich in protein, drink lots of fluids. During pregnancy you need extra 300 calories per baby per day .plan your diet accordingly. Take plenty of rest, avoid wt lifting and prolonged standing. Don't exert yourself.
