I am a 17 yrs old girl. I have this problem I dont know why? I sleep 7 hours a day! but I feel sleepy during my class hours and in my tution classes! I dont know what is up with my body condition.

Drink plenty of water during the day take high protein diet eat fresh fruits and salads do some light excercise minimise use of mobile and laptop come back after 15 days.
