During ejaculation (sexual intercourse/masturbation) time sperm completely not come out since a week, light pain left testicle (ball, penis,around and between navel and penis, irritation penis (maybe urinary tract) during and after urination. And this light pain left or sometimes right testicle happen since my school age (almost 18 years now) and my right testicle is bigger than left and right one is like attached with some spongy muscles. So, kindly enlighten me.

TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. a hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. an inguinal hernia.
