This Sunday I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He actually inserted it partially but when he was about to discharge, he pulled it out. I haven't taken any contraceptive pill because I think they have a lot of side effects. I am worried about getting pregnant. Can you please help?

Bleeding is NOT a sign of pregnancy. You need penetration to get pregnant. Any penetration with a naked penis can make you pregnant, it doesn't matter how long, how far in, or if he ejaculated. You have to wait 7 days before having unprotected sex with new birth control. Emergency contraceptives don't work for sex after you take it. To avoid false negatives, wait until your period is a week late to do a pregnancy test. Do the test first thing in the morning.
