Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fiber (oats, dalia, fruits, salads, multigrain bread etc) and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to digest fiber. Along with this go for proteins (1gm per kg body weight) and avoid processed foods and junk food and fried foods. Also limit the intake of salt in your diet. Avoid salad dressings, pickles, sauces. Also avoid salt at night, you can opt for salad, or simply drink milk without sugar or go for fruit salad. For further information you can consult me in personal.
