Res/Sir, My Height is 6.1" but my weight is only 65-66 kg. So I want to gain my weight at least 10-15 kg. Please tell me a diet chart for me. For your information I'm pure vegetarian. So Please tell me a vegetarian diet chart. Thank You.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Include fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Include multi grain flour in your diet which will help you to gain weight.
