I am mad? Being blood pressure patient is called mad? Please explain me! I am fed up of this! every time after fight with partner. If I am just kill me or i'll do it myself. I can not leave my partner answer! because feel insecure and i'll to kill him. It's not in my control .please help me. I'm not mad I just need him nd his love! can I do not want any obstacle between us. Or I do not know what ill do. Please help. I share with him but he takes it as normal as fever. I am dying inside! Stop what you're doing, get away from whatever is irritating you, and just take a breather. Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won't relax you. Picture your breath coming up from your "gut. Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax, "take it easy. Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply. Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination. Ask for the support of someone you trust. If you're still upset, sharing your concerns with a close friend or confidant might help. Try to see some humor in what angered you. After you've calmed down and established that you're ready to get over the incident, try to see the lighter side. In the long run, Do some physical exercises. The endorphins from exercise can help you calm down, and moving your body provides a physical outlet for your rage. Cognitive restructuring - Ask yourself honestly if you see everyone and everything as an adversary or an obstacle. Odds are, the world isn't exactly that way - but you think it is.
