Hi lybrate-user. Yes it can be corrected without surgeries. But it depends upon many factors like the amount of deviation, whether there is any over / under action of any of the oblique muscles, any other associated condition (nystagmus) etc. Other treatment modalities being orthoptic exercise, glasses, prisms etc. Consult a strabismologist for your condition.
