How does normally testosterone level decreases in men below 30? Is zinc is one of the reasons? And how to recover from it? My testosterone level is 173.5 is this a matter of grave concerns? Being a vegetarian what should I eat & what not to over come this problem? My age is 25.

Well testosterone can decrease due to to soo many reasons,,zinc is one of the most effective constituents to boost up ur testosterone,,u should take vit b supplement,,take peas,nuts,,avacado,,take zinc supplement take pumpkin seeds,, broccoli,,bananna,also u need to take ginger,garlic, cereals,,apple, pomegranate,,u need to increase ur vit d,by exposure to sun ,and have to loose ur body fat,,do regular exercise this will increase the testosterone level
