My mom is 47, she has lot of fat on her thighs and back region. How to reduce it? She eats pretty healthy home-made food and walks 40 minutes twice a day. Thank you.

some yoga and dance can help to reduce the fat. there are some medicine also which particular attacks to that part to reduce far. and try to control over sweets and spicy. also take the food like oats and soup and sprouts and protein diet as well as the daily do walkiing. stop not untill you did not get sweat. sleep on back and do cycling minimum starts from 5 to 5o rounds.
