I am 21 years old male and live in NCR region. From last few months, my hairs are falling and that's why to avoid it I am keeping my hairs short. But again as they start growing longer, they start falling down. Also when I apply oil I feel like my hairs will come in my hand. Why is this happening and what should I do? Thanks in advance!
