Is kegel and jelquing exercise is good to cure erectile dysfunction. And can we do kegel exercise after work out at morning or which time is better to do plzz tell me. Is body weight responsible in erections.

Hello- Kegel exercise can improve your ejaculation timing but Jelqing can surely improve your erectile dysfunction if it is due to lack of muscle tone and over weight. Exercise done twice a day both in morning and evening will be beneficial. Yes increase in body weight specially the belly fat reduces the blood supply of genitals making erection weak and unsustainable.
