I think I have phimosis. I'm 25 years old but have never retracted my foreskin. I was unaware of the fact that foreskin needs to be retracted till a year ago but now have been too scared to retract. Whenever I try To do it I start and only go up till a point where I can see a slight tip of my penis and then i'm too scared too proceed. I feel I have extra skin on the top which makes it tough to retract. Its my guess but i'm not sure. Can you please help how I should proceed and what Is the most appropriate way to move forward without causing any damage to my penis. Im also stressed because of this sometimes. Please help. Thanks.
