Hi. I have endometriosis and was suffering from infertility frm 3 years. I went IVF treatment this month, 23rd they did egg retrieval and doctor informed me that I have OHSS (bilateral enlarged ovaries) Please assist what foods to be taken for my ovaries to get back to normal.

Hello Savita G, Try to understand that you are on IVF treatment.Take care .To make b/l ovaries normal size have natural diet without non veg and full of fibres.Take milk,fruits bread etc and have mild yoga.You will be ok.Take uterine tonic Gynatone,Ova care n2 tone etc.

You should take protein rich diet. You can take protein shakes. Drink electrolyte balanced fluids like ors. Coconut water, neebu pani add extra salt to your food do light exercises.
