I am 28 years old male. I regularly do workout, I have not taken any supplement ever, no red meat but my uric acid is high 8.4. I just do not know how. I came to know that uric acid can be high because of protien especially purine rich foods. But I do not know how it is increased? My diet is normal, for protien I take 2 Whole eggs. chickpeas and almonds daily nothing else. Can you suggest me any solution for this? Because I am confused that should I eliminate protien from my diet? And if I stop protien diet then how can I continue my workout I have to also stop this then. Is there any other solution, medicine or foods you can suggest then it will be very helpful for me, coz I love to do gymming n all.
