I have pain around my both shoulder blade and I always listen a type of joints broken sound when I try to squeeze my shoulder blade. Is there anything wrong and harmful? What are the exercises that can help me in this situation? Please help me.

take vatari avleh 5 gm twice a day it's just ligaments disturbance nothing to worry so much.
