My son is 14 now. He doesn't have any physical activity and just or play on the phone most of the time. We do not have any playground nearby. He feels lethargic, sometimes breathing problem for a while. Lately,he has started eating any papers, he chews straws, bites his nails .He smells everything like books or AC. I don't understand what's happening to him as he is also tensed about his studies took him to the doctor and she gave him a multivitamin. I want him to be healthy .please help.
