I am 58 years old, suffering with knee joint pains. On investigations the doctors informed that the cartilage towards inside the knee joints was thinned. I could able to walk without much pain but posture while walking is changed. Is there any solution to regain my posture while walking. Presently I am cycling on exercise cycle for about half an hour per day.
