Hello doctor, I'm suffering from mental disorder problem from 1 year my problem is related to sexual thoughts problem all times sexual porn thought comes in mind for god, parents, everyone I don't know why these thoughts comes in mind I'm living in depressed tell me how to overcome this problem without any therapy treatment please tell the antidepressant medicines please help I'm thinking of taking chlorofranil 50 mg is it safe to cure my problem or how many days I have to continue this medicine my mind is out of control and I never wants that these recurring thoughts comes in mind.

Patients with OCD suffer from significant distress, anxiety and depression due to the same which impairs their quality of life. Please consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With a combination of medication and behavioral therapy it is likely that your symptoms will improve.
