Good Morning Doctor, My age is 52, I take light dinner at around 7: 00 pm but go to bed immediately after taking it. My normal sleep time is 9: 00 P.M. To 4: 30 A.M. Is it harmful to go to bed immediately after dinner, even if it is light?

What you are doing is very good. Having a light dinner is a very good practice. I assume that you are also having asthma problems, if yes then your ability to eat minimum amount of food before going to bed is very much healthy. So going to be bed on a light stomach immediately is the best practice for you.(even if you are not a asthmatic) I am also impressed by your ability to have a proper routine sleep cycle. It's very difficult to form such a disciplined sleep cycle, Keep it up.
