Pl take more of vegetables with stress on raw vegetables like cucumber carrot etc, more of fruits, Decrease sugar items including sweets, oils n fats and non vegetarian diet Decrease masala and junk food. You can take nuts dry fruits and pulses. Donot eat bellyful, Cut down the total quantity of food by 25-30 % and replace the same with raw vegetables.
