From last 3-4 weeks I'm getting neck spasms in my left side, is it be because of my sleeping posture? It was never problem before suddenly it has started. I'm a body builder & one time it got stretched behind left ear/upper neck while lifting heavy.

Hi. Yes it may be due to incorrecy posture. Increase liquid intake in your daily routine ,do neck exercises and correct your posture on sittibg and sleeping. You can apply ice over the area within 48 hrs of spasm.
