I have been staying in Delhi for a month, alone and away from family. Due to a largely sedantic lifestyle, at times I gave a huge urge in sexual frustration to the effect that I feel like killing someone if I don't get it instantly. Often entry to sleep this off and next morning I am all ok till the time it builds up again. Can you suggest some medical solution to it?

One more thing I would like to stress, first of all try to delete the word that arises in your thought when you get sexual frustration to kill. First of all no human beings has got a right to kill anyone. If you are not able to give life to a dead, remember what great or you to kill someone and how much worthy life is. God created life and God only has the right to do so. Remember that human beings are bonded through love, affection and care. Do some social work full heartedly. Show your courage by helping others and not through this harmful thoughts. Try to give life to those who are needy. Always think of doing good things and not bad things in life.
