You are suffering from constipation. You did not mention about blood or mucus in stool. You say that you fee obstruction at your anus this may due haemorrhoids (piles. Though bleeding is common in piles sometimes it present with only constipation or sensation like obstruction near anus in initial days. Eat fiber rich food like leafy vegetables oats fruits legume category vegetables etc. Drink lots of water and don't strain much when you try to pass stools. Use Indian toilet instead of western toilet so it will be easy for stool passage. Visit a near by doctor for per rectal examination to confirm and make sure that there is no mass obstructing your motion/ stools path. Don't feel shy that to to tell or visit doctors. This is a very common problem and no doctor will laungh at you. So be bold and visit a near by doctor to get per rectal examination done if symptoms still persists. Along with dietary measures as I mentioned above you can also use ispaghula husk one spoon in juice or water and take it in night before sleep. Ispaghula husk is fiber and gives weight to your stools and helps in easy passage of stools. But don't miss visiting a doctor near by if symptoms still persists or if there is blood or mucus in stools.
