Due to masturbation I am not getting weight, I am suffering from hair fall. So please tell me what's frequency of masturbation?

Hello- Apart from masturbation do watch out on your diet and sleep schedule. Follow these three rules of ayurveda and you will see positive changes within a week. 1) Masturbate not more thn once a week. 2) Eat healthy rather tasty. 3) Don't skip the 10-2 daily sleep.
