I am 35 years. I have muscles pain in my calf for last 10 days. I do workout at gym. Can you tell me how to get rid of this.

No workout for 2-3 days, do hot fomentation and apply local gel 2-3 times a day. Take lots of fluids/water, add some extra salt to salad/curd etc. Take a tab of b-complex and calcium for 3 months. If of no avail consult an ortho doc.
