I am suffering with IBS with constipation and Internal piles since 2 years. Day by day by problem gone worst. At present I am going to bathroom twice in morning. One time normally and other time using smooth and fingers to clean. After that also very small amount of motion will pending and causes continuous smell in office. My job is too sit and work for 8 to 10 hours. Unable to understand how to resolve. Finally I resigned my job since my colleagues are suffering a lot with smell. Kindly suggest better option.
