I daily ride my cycle for collage to 10 km but at morning it take 2 banana and chana as break fast. In talk lunch at 3 o clock .After coming collage I get tired .How can I gain much energy by changing my meal and what should I take in my breakfast.

You can add bolied eggs 2 and milk 1 glass as an alternative for yoir breakfast. Have lunch by 1-2 pm if possible. That will help you.

You can opt for besan cheela, sooji cheela, oats upma, dosa,idli, poha foe better strength. And you need to take meals regularly and frequently.
