As my anal fissures was recurring I see a colorectal surgeon who told that after LIS surgery it will not recur. Then LIS surgery was done on me and fissures cure within 1 month and I feel no pain. After 3 months from LIS surgery one day suddenly my stool became hard and then again anal fissure come back. Everyday I go toilet, but still why suddenly my stool became hard I do not know. Now 10 days are gone and I used diltiazem cream still it is not healed. So I have need of surgery again? I am only 23 years so if fissures come in such frequently so how many times I have need of surgery? Please tell me what I should do, I am in great pain. Please tell me what should be done so that fissure do not come never. I take high fiber diet and lot of water still why this problem is arising I do not know. Please help I am in great trouble.
