I am 21 years old male I have a problem that foreskin of my penis is not coming back the foreskin is attached at the tip of my penis (urethra) if I do forcefully it hurts a lot I can't bear that pain. I can't touch at the head of my penis it also have pain. But I have no problem with erection and I can do masturbate smoothly. At in this condition am I able to penetrate? What is the solution for this.?

Apply coconut oil or olive oil in your penis and then take the foreskin and push it upwards and downwards for 30-40 times repeat it. Daily if you can do it. It will be helpful fr u.
