I am 20 years of age and I have an undescended testicle. My sex drive is always high. Do I have to have surgery for it? And is there any chance that my testosterone levels will go higher if my left testicle is surgically descended? I also have another question: all my family is tall apart from me, is this because of my undescended testicle?

Yes, you need to go for surgery for undescended testis. Your short height is not due to undescended testis. Testosterone levels will not increase if testis are descended by surgery.
