Do the simplest things: 1) Eat right (a balanced diet) which is healthy and not junk, processed, packaged or artificially flavoured. That simply means eat freshly prepared homemade food. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables every day. 2). Exercise every day (any exercise or sports of your choice or even Yoga and pranayam ). 3) Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or a more glasses if you feel thirsty) 4) Sleep at the right time (for 7-8 hrs) which will give rest to the body and make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated everyday. 5) Keep away from things that are addictive - stimulants like alcohol and tobacco or any other things. Limit the intake of tea and coffee. 6) Keep yourself active - do your job honestly with a sense of responsibility which will keep your mind pleasent and fill you with a strong sense of self-esteem. You shall become wealthy soon due to your sincere hard work! 7) Develop some hobby which can help you relax - it can even be some kind of social service where you do not expect anything in return. This shall keep you grounded and humble and save you from conflicts in your life.
