For last couple I loose my weight around 7 to 8 kilos. Can you please me about a proper diet chart for gains weight around 10 to 15 kilos because I feel unhealthy I live in college hostel so tell me the that I can find easily here.

take a glass of milk with 4 dates and banana daily twice a day in morning and evening. take diet frequently.. take more carbohydrates and proteins frequently take fruits ... do for a month...
