I'm dng exercise, walking, diet. But im not loosing weight. I want to loss 20 kg pls any method for quick weight loss (I have thyroid, pcos, but im drinking green tea, cumin water). Please tell me method for quick weight loss.

Hi. Thanks for the query. You need to go for a personalised plan. Singular foods .crash diets. Over exercising will only cause weight gain and further thyroid gland issues. Please take the right guidance and don't get attracted to shprt cuts like slim tea etc. Right weight loss does not happen in a jiffy.
