Sir/madam my dad is tensed as his muscle is joining at penis tip/top/outside according to him 75% is already joined and can not pee nicely, its slowly and little pain too there. according to him 15 days before he felt little pain but ignored thinking might be little pimple it will be alright and everything was fine till evening but he noticed just now. It takes several hours to go for doctors he will go morning. But if you could help please tell is it serious problem. And what could be the reason of this symptoms. So that I can make my dad tensed free. Thanks for concern.
