Hi, I am regularly doing gym for 5 days a week. I have done gym for around 3 years although not continuous. But I am not getting muscles and weight. My height is 5'5" and wt. 52 kg. Should I take protein powder like Endura mass to increase muscles and weight as I have heard that it has some side effects like body will become out of shape if I discontinue gym. If yes, then can you suggest me some good protein shake. I am a non-vegetarian and regularly take chicken, egg and milk.
